Get Involved

There are many ways you can get involved to make tomorrow better, and help facilitate an inclusive, safe and supportive environment at Curtin.

The most important thing is to make sure you are aware of Curtin's Values and Signature Behaviours, and try to practice these in your work and everyday life. Embrace diversity and continually look for ways that you can improve processes to be inclusive and equitable for all.

You can also get in touch with staff involved with any of the programs listed under and see how you could help. You might consider, for example:

  • Volunteering and leadership opportunities at Curtin, and in the wider community
  • Mentoring current or future students (e.g. as a UniPASS facilitator, START mentor, or a Next Step industry mentor)
  • Contributing to policy development/review
  • Get to know staff/students working on equity-related projects in other areas of the University
