Equal Opportunity Training (for staff)

All Curtin staff are required to complete SOL Equal Opportunity training and to undertake refreshers on a two yearly basis.

The SOL Equal Opportunity online training program, consists of four modules expected to take approximately 10 to 20 minutes each. To access the SOL Equal Opportunity on-line modules please log into iPerform via the Staff Kiosk (using your Curtin username and password).

Managers are required to report on compliance with training requirements as part of the Annual Certification Self Assessment. Reports of completed training and development activities (including essential staff training) will be accessible as follows:

  • Managers/supervisors will be able to access reports (course by course) through the Employee Kiosk;
  • Key administrative staff with access to Discoverer Viewer will be able to run consolidated reports for managers that will detail all essential training completions within their area.
