Workshops in schools

High school students and a Curtin ambassador looking at iPads Curtin AHEAD in School runs a series of workshops with year 7-12 students in various partnership schools in Western Australia.

In the workshops, students build their academic abilities, career development skills and self-awareness, which helps break down barriers to higher education.

Students use iPads for a range of activities, which helps increase their technology skills. Upper school students become better equipped to tackle their ATAR courses by developing their study and exam preparation skills.

The program includes taking students onto a university campus and conducting fun activities to show them what life at university is like. Learn more about campus visits.
